With more than twenty years of experience in human resources, Jennifer has built a distinguished career supporting organizations across the energy, financial services, software, and consulting sectors. She is recognized for her ability to design and implement effective HR systems, lead workforce planning initiatives, strengthen performance management processes, and elevate employee engagement. Her expertise also includes talent management, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Throughout her career, Jennifer has been committed to creating workplace environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. 

 Bernie has worked as an HR/Talent Consultant since 1995 onsite helping clients with talent solutions,as a leader of his own two startup ventures. He has assimilated his MBA from Iona College and his BA in English from Hobart to build his principles as a management consultant.  Style, sales delivery and listening skills is his passion in order to add value to people.

Having worked with his own consulting firm for 16 years on various client engagements: United Air, RSM, Aon and working independently on: McGraw hill, Sanofi, Heineken, Bank of America & PWC to name a few, Bernie knows unlike many what the inside corporate puzzles are and the best centers of excellence.
